Employee Spotlight: LeKeeta Sellars, The Queen of Georgia Pecans at All the Fixin’s

At All the Fixin’s, we pride ourselves on crafting delicious treats like candied pecans,roasted pecans, and an array of other Southern favorites. But behind every mouth-watering bite is a hardworking team, and today we want to spotlight one of the key ingredients to our success: LeKeeta Sellars. 

LeKeeta, or “Keeta” as we fondly call her, was one of All the Fixin’s first employees, joining our team in 2021. From day one, she’s been the heart and soul of our pecan roasting operations, earning her the title of "Pecan Roasting Queen." Whether it’s the crunch of perfectly roasted Georgia pecans or the sweet glaze coating our famous All Gussied Up cinnamon spiced candied pecans, Keeta’s hands have been behind every batch. 

But Keeta’s talents don’t stop at pecans! She’s a jack-of-all-trades in the kitchen, always ready to lend a hand, whether she’s frying donuts, baking muffins, whipping up cinnamon rolls, or making a savory dish like chicken tetrazzini. Her hard work and dedication have made a lasting impression on every member of our team and anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting her. 

As All the Fixin’s has grown, Keeta has remained a constant. Her knowledge, tips, and passion for quality have been shared with the entire team, ensuring that we maintain the same standards of excellence that we started with. In 2022, Keeta’s “river neighbor” and close friend, Patti Hendley, joined the team after retiring, and the two have become an unstoppable duo in the kitchen. Their side-kick, Carol Montgomery who also joined in 2022, helps bagging all of the pecans these two turn out! 

We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without Keeta’s tireless work ethic and warm spirit. She’s been a blessing to All the Fixin’s, and we’re grateful to have her leading the charge with our Georgia pecans.
